I'm pretty sure at one time Dana helped coach some MMA. I know he is a pretty decent boxer can't wait to see how the fight goes down. I know their not showing it on T.V. but I do believe they said it would probably be up on UFC on Demand at some time with proceeds going to charity.
But I think Dana has had some MMA training I know when I watch Chuck vs Rampage the 1st time Dana was doing some guess commentary and kept commenting on how Chuck wasn't following the game plan they had come up with. And he was doing some decent situational comments like he knew a lil mma.

he stopped amature boxing in 1995. i guess one of the key points to get the NSAC to approve the fight was that dana used to school tito back in the day. the way i see it is dana is still in shape, so im sure he's not letting his boxing skills dissapear 100%. he will be training regularly for this fight, and he says if he thought he would get seriously hurt he wouldnt fight. i think he can trade fine with tito, i actually comment during all of tito's fights about how bad his standup is so on that note GO DANA!

Dana said he saw guys at the gym in their 40s still trying to make it, and said to himself **** that i dont wanna be that guy. (not a direct quote but pretty close from an interview.) But he wasnt bad from what ive heard.

I like to believe that as a predident of a growing company, Dana does not have the time to keep his boxing up to point.

Tito on the other hand was in the gym 10 months out of the 12 in 2006, he has been as active as a guy can get like him or not. Now I expect people to say that boxing wasnt really his main focus in the gym, but at the very least its something and a little is better than nothing.

Tito by KO.

tito will be such a joke if dana beats him.
in the public eye, yes. its not common knowledge that dana is a decent boxer. i doubt he's lost his skill, and he will be training for this. i wouldnt count dana out. also, be prepared for tito to say he was just playin around if dana puts up a fight
