Very good point. I seen one of his circuit training workouts with a military instructor. Tried to mimic it, but it's extremely taxing. Basically he weight trains for an hour with NO BREAK in between sets. This keeps his conditioning intact.

*Note* Still can't believe he actually beat Wandy and Chuckie. Close fight with Hendo too.

Beat Chuck with a broken arm and was massively outpointing Wandy in a very exciting fight! But I will contest for the rest of my life that Rich beat Hendo.

His workout routine terrifies me.

I try and remain unbiased as possible when it comes to my favorite fighters out of fear I'll look like a homer. If it's one thing I hate it's when people will defend their favorite fighter to unrealistic points. I know Rich will never again hold the Middleweight belt, but I damn well believe he beat Henderson.

Love Franklin. My favorite fighter of all time, hopefully he'll put a beating on Cung Le and end his career on a high note.

I know I'm going to get flamed for this...

But this is why I get so upset with people who say they like the Diaz bro's because they are "real". Rich is "real". He's just not an ass with a thug mentality.
Love Franklin... That was not a "great interview" though. That kid was asking questions based on questions he was already asked in other interviews lol.

I like how he stuck by his words and didn't start kissing Rampage's ass. Basically he isn't scared of an idle threat because he's a bad ass himself, he just isn't outside of the cage

My favorite part of that whole fight was when the decision was being read and someone gave Franklin a 30-27 and he said 'WHAT?!?'. It was hilarious that even he knew he hadn't earned a 30-27 round. That was a great fight!

I think it was one of the first fights were the judging was completely messed up for both fighters. Theres NO way that first round went to Rich. And theres no way the 3rd went to Hendo, but in my eyes the second was clearly for Rich.

R2 was split almost completely in half, the first half with Hendo on top (Rich being defensive and held Hendo to only four punches) the rest was Rich outstriking him. I don't see how that should go to Dan.

Hendo on top doing no damage. Once Rich got up he actually hit Hendo. Rich won that fight. It was a travesty of a decision.

Every time Hendo goes on to do something great (which he's done a lot lately), I think of how Rich really won that fight.

BUT

That fight led to the Bisping KO. I can't be all that mad about that.

RIP Jordan Corder. Watch over me from above brother.

Rich broke down the Rampage situation to perfection imo.
