Kizer knocks out Overeem becomes number 1 contender

I believe that Keith Kizer set up the surprise drug test specifically to get Overeem. I reckon he was pissed because overeem dodged the last bullet and sent a dodgy sample back to the states from Holland. It really was a vicious head kick from Kizer, unexpected kind of like Gonzago v Cro Cop. Kizer is now number one contender and must be beaten by any of the "super heavyweights' looking for a title shot

And poor old Lesnar. Getting nicely paid in WWE again, but must be a bitch to have to overcome that illness and then when you get back in the ring you gotta fight a monster pumped full of magic beans.

Of course he went after Overeem, and rightfully so after Overeem fled an earlier test. Refusing a test is pretty much screaming to the world; "YES I AM JUICING. I CAN'T TAKE THAT TEST RIGHT NOW BECAUSE IT WOULD BE POSITIVE. BYE!"

That's what makes this positive test such an eye roll. Overeem should have known they would be trying hard to get him with a surprise test and he still got caught. Moron.

Overeem was going to get tested twice randomly as part of his conditional license.

Of course it was set up, and while I'm still a big fan of Overeem the guy should have used his head here.

Lesnar still wouldn't of stood a chance so pointless to bring that fight back up.

Diaz..Edgar.. Cormier.. Cain.. Mir.. Overeem.. Jon Jones

I think it was likely 40% Overeem, 40% BigFoot and 20% just throwing a giant curveball at every fighter licensed in Nevada.

You know like everyone I was disappointed, but you know what they'll fight down the line which will make the build up even crazier.

JDS will dispatch Mir in the first minute. It's not even a question of who will win or how or how many rounds.

Cain vs Big Foot is exactly what I wanted. Cain vs Mir was a terrible match up. Welcome to the UFC Big Foot. Should be an interesting battle.

Cain will beat Big Foot and may get his title shot or fight another.

It's not so bad...now if Overeem pulled out of the Brock fight I would have been super pissed! I finally got to see two of the biggest behemoths duke it out.

My question is what is The Reem going to do now...

I can already see Dana White seething having a conversation with The Reem's team laced with expletives threatening to cut em which would be a huge fallacy for the HW division.

Maximus: For the glory of the Empire, sire.

Kizer didn't go after Overeem. They simply administered a random test. Overeem knew he was going to be tested numerous times over a 6 month period. He's a fool for getting caught. If you're clean it shouldn't matter when they tap you on the shoulder for a sample.

overeem was just too strong for lesnar. being a steroid muncher would give you big advantages in stuffing takedowns and ragdolling your opponent.

that fight should be a NC

The funny part of it is that it was much like Cro-Cop in the old days. You KNEW a left high kick was coming, and yet you still get knocked out by it. Kiezer told Overeem that there was going to be 2 left high kicks coming, and Overeem did not heed the warning and got hit by the first!

Well, he tested clean after that fight. And, even though any rational person knows that he was juiced before that fight, you can not retroactively punish a guy for something they can not prove!
