I have no clue how Struve can even make the top 10, the guy has absolutely no wins of note.

The top 10 is hard to guage as Barnett/Comier + Bigfoot are coming over.

I'd say assuming the above:

1)JDS
2)Overeem
3)Valasquez
4)Barnett
5)Mir
5)Cormier
6)Werdum
7)Big Foot
8)Carwin
9)Nogueira
10)Hunt

The tricky part is fitting in Barnett/Cormier (as they are squaring off in May)..... Carwin has also been out but proved he is easily top 10. Nog is injured but he's on the fringe with Hunt coming on and proving his worth as well.

I think it's pretty easy to gauge the HW division

Strikeforce established a top ten

1. Overeem
2. Barnett
3. Cormier
4. Werdum
5. Silva
6. Del Rosario
7. Griggs
8. Jordan
9. Johnson
10. Thompson

You can use lines of MMA math to settle much of the division

1. Mir
2. Nog
3. Schaub
4. Gonzaga
5. Oliviera

1. Hunt
2. Kongo
3. Barry
4. Morecraft

1. Browne
2. Struve
3. Herman

1. Stipe Miocic
2. Phil De Fries
3. Rob Broughton
4. Oli Thompson

1. Shane Del Rosario
2. Lavar Johnson

You then have a couple WC's

Roy Nelson
Mike Russow
Beth Rothwell
Matt Mitrione
Shawn Jordan
Chad Griggs

then just weave all of them into a list
1. Frank Mir
2. Nog
3. Russow (Werdum > Silva)
4. Nelson (Silva < Werdum)
5. Schaub
6. Hunt
etc etc etc

1. JDS
2. Velasquez
3. Overeem
4. Werdum
5. Barnett
6. Mir
7. Corimer
8. Big Nog
9. Bigfoot
10. Mark Hunt

Browne, Struve, Del Rosario are all 1 good win away from cracking the top 10. Russow I suppose has to be considered. If he beats Werdum some how he will definatly be top 10.

I can't rank Carwin. The man is done. Not sure how he gets top 5 on some people's lists. He beat Mir...like 2 years ago. That is about all he has done. Beat a guy who had massive trouble with massive wrestlers. Carwin has chronic back problems. He was said to be 100% this last fall....and then had to have more surgery. He isn;t a young pup. I wouldn't be surprised if he never fought again. Once July hits this year he will have fought twice in 2 years.

Also those 3 are to Mir (twice) and Cain both top 5 guys in anyone's book. And in his career he has only lost to guys currently in most top 10 HW or LHWS (Hendo). Def a top 10er in my book.

Jon Jones | Anderson Silva | Urijah Faber | Benson Henderson | Rampage Jackson | Roy Nelson | Shinya Aoki

First and most importantly anyone outside the top 4-5 dont matter really. They are pretty arguable either way, so I wont bother. However this list below is not-to-shabby.

I just swapped the last two. Nog's gotta do something other than get beat up for more of a ranking and there are probably better choices.

You don't know who I am? You must be new.

Rankings shouldn't be based on who you like they should be based on wins and losses and Nog hasn't been doing all that much winning.
