Video of Rashad preparing for UFC 145 - His candid thoughts + A special guest

Great video - And awesome to see Roy Jones Jr. in there

This video gave me a new understanding for who Rashad is on a personal level... Nice to see him down to earth and outside of the "circus" he must be living in these days - Those candid comments were great

I was never a big Rashad fan, as a matter of fact, there was a time where i couldn't stand him.
I have to say though, after watching this video, i gained a ton of respect for him, especially the ending seemed very sincere!
oh yeah,

Favorite fighters:

1. Connor Mcgregor
2. Joanna jedrzejczyk
3. Anthony Pettis
4. Ronda Rousey

I a fan of both Rashad and Jones. Part of me wished they didn't have to fight each other but it's going to a really good fight.

Cannot watch this yet as i'm using my phone but I really like Rashad these days, you should check out the video of him getting pointers from Bernard Hopkins in a dressing room, seriously cool video.

I like rashad, he seems like a cool guy. I hope it's a good competetive fight. Hopefully bones won't just come out and merc rashad, even though that's what I see happening.

I really do hope he is able to compete with Jones. I just don't think it's gonna happen. We'll see.

RIP Jordan Corder. Watch over me from above brother.

I never understood why people hated Evans, the man has always been a great personality. Maybe its because he is great at selling fights?

Boxers must see something in him cuz he's got "The Executioner" (my favorite) giving him pointers then RJJ as well.

I think Rashad is going to come out the same way he did against Rampage. Start off low then swing for the fences with a wild right pushing the pace from the get go to create a chaotic environment for JBJ. Cuz once JBJ gets his range it's extremely difficult to penetrate.

Game plan is to go for broke. If he loses he's supposed to. All the pressure is on JBJ.
