Randy Couture and Keith Jardine signing autographs at L.A. Fit Expo, they were cool, but I don't know if they'd be anything else other then cool while signing autographs for their fans.

I met Big John McArthy while we were working on EA MMA. He was doing a shoot in one of our meeting rooms. He looked smaller in real life than on tv
Also met Randy Couture, Bas Rutten and Jason Miller, but didn't get to spend any time with them.

from attending UFN 18 and Strikeforce: Nashville and the HIT Squad grand opneing, ive met quite a few fighters. Here are some:

Matt Hughes (got to go to his family farm with other members of his message board after HIT Squad opening. he was really cool, got to chat with him quite a bit and he signed multiple autographs for me)
Robbie Lawler (really cool, met him at the gym)
Tommy Speer (pretty cool)
Mark Coleman (very cool at the UFC event, took pics and signed autographs)
Renzo Gacie (Extremely cool to meet, he was just standing at the visitors center at the arena and nashville, no one was talking to him and my eyes lit up and he just kinda nodded. took pics and signed autographs)
Eddie Bravo (was walking around the event, signed autographs)
my girlfriend was actually sitting right next to Cole Miller's mom who got my g/fs phone number and texted us letting us know what hotel they were at. We went there and met:
Forrest Griffin (he was pretty cool, seemed kinda busy)
Dan Henderson (was in a hurry but very awesome)
Stitch (extremely cool, chatted with us for a while)
Herb Dean (signed autographs)
Hermes Franca, the Miller brothers, the TapouT guys (after Mask had already passed away)
At the SF weigh ins, I got to meet Mayhem who was awesome, Big John (very cool guy, i stood next to him for most of the weigh ins), Nick Diaz and Scott Smith were there just for signing autographs and they were awesome to meet.
But the absolute most awesome thing, I was talking to Dean Lister at the weigh ins, and he was their to corner King Mo. He told us to follow them to the hotel and King Mo would take pics and sign stuff. So walking down the streets of Nashville was King Mo, Dean Lister, me and my GF. At the hotel I got to meet Gilbert Melendez, Gegard Mousassi, Scott Coker, Brett Rogers (we talked about the Fedor fight), thats all I can remember right now. The only person that was ever a jerk, oddly enough, was Mario Yamasaki. And it also seems like the newer fighters arent as cool as the veterans. The best experiences were Renzo, Dean Lister/King Mo, and the Matt Hughes bonfire at this farm.

If you're an autograph junkie like myself, go to weigh ins, ask around and youll find out what hotel they're at. Most of the time they're just waking around the lobby and seem to be really cool with taking pics and signing autographs.

I met just about all of the fighters who were in the UFC 10 years ago plus Renzo and Ryan Gracie. I've hung out with and trained with some of the old Militich team.

Back then they were all cool and humble and I'd have to say Grateful to even have fans. They were fans of their fans.

By far, the one most fun to be around was Jens Pulver. he was like a kid at Christmas and Santa Clause combined.

The only one who wasn't cool was Rico Rodriguez. Complete total jerk.

Met Randy Couture when I was in Vegas for UFC 94. Took a Muay Thai class that Shawn Tompkins taught (RIP). Not much technique taught in the class but the conditioning was insanely hard, Shawn was a cool guy, everyone seemed to really respect thim. Randy was super laid back, always smiling, happy to meet the few fants who were wandering around his gym. They had a grappling seminar going on that weekend and I remember Maynard and Jay Heron were teaching takedowns. The gym (XTreme Couture) had a good vibe.

There are some pro fighters who fight in Strikeforce and the UFC at my gym (I’m not going to drop any names) and everyone I’ve met are really down to earth and humble. Some of the amateur fighters can act like tough guy jocks from time to time (particularly the short ones).

I've made no attempt to meet fighters, but I've seen 3 in person.

- Jacob Volkmann is an assistant wrestling coach for a school that my school had a meet with back in the day.

- Pablo Garza was present for a submission wrestling tournament that I participated in.

- I saw Sean Sherk at a grocery store at 2 in the morning a few summers ago. Weird, I know.

Can sort of confirm this. Ricco is like the on;y guy I've met. And he was an idiot. And people locally shared the same views.

I ran into Chael Sonnen and Nate Quarry five or six years back at a local show. They were both super-cool. Strange how different their public personalities are

I've met a few as well.

Shonie Carter,
Dan Henderson,
Forrest Griffin,
George St Pierre,
Sean Sherk,
David Louaseau (spelling)
Gray Maynard
Randy Couture
Matt Serra
Patrick Cote,
Thiago Alves,

I met a lot of these guys at Beach Club near Montreal Canada, and at expos in Ontario canada through a girl I know who is the ring girl for a small promotion in Quebec.

They were all super cool. I'm trying to think of a fighter I met who was a complete knob~! But can't thinik of any now.
