Hmmm, I'd consider Shogun and Rampage to have the ability to take a decent shot and I can't recall seeing Machida get hit flush too much, since the shot from Shogun that put him down was a classic behind the ear that'd send anyone dizzy.

Bader's chin confuses me as we've seen him take a few swings from Rampage but get hurt by Tito.

JBJ is a finisher, once he catches him it is over, he wont flub it like rampage did
Don't really run much risk of being caught by Jones. Hes not very devastating in the stand up. He does have some wild moves to watch out for, but theres no wicked punch to be concerned with.

Tell that to Lyoto. Getting caught was the beginning of the end for him.

The elbow on the ground was the end. The left hand wouldn't have even landed had he not been hurt so badly by the elbow.

That punch got him to the ground to land that elbow. I'll have to rewatch, but I am pretty positive Jones popped Lyoto, stunned him, took him down and landed that elbow. If that is the correct order, as I remember it, then yes, the punch was the beginning of the end.

I think it's just ridiculous to question Rashad's chin. Just because he can be knocked out doesn't mean he's got a weak chin. Any man can be knocked unconscious. Rashad's only KO came to Machida and he got smacked several times on the button. I've seen him eat some heavy leather and be fine.

Yeah that was what happened, then he hit Lyoto with another punch that dropped him and he grabbed his neck.

Just like every Jones fight, if Jones gets on top of you, he inflicts damage and the only thing left is the suffering.

No, it was clinch > big TD > Jones on top lands huge elbow > Lyoto gapes and bleeds everywhere > stand up > punch > choke. I don't recall Lyoto being rocked previous to the TD

I fully believe the fight was over at the elbow, Lyoto looked hurt and demoralized.

I still think it was a punch that allowed him to clinch with Lyoto instead of being able to get away.

But you are completely right about the elbow, once that landed the fight was over, it just took a little longer.

Rashad has an average chin and Jones has decent pop in his straight rights and lefts to hurt him if Rashad disrespects his power.
