Well this dude just made your point very valid. He didn't look very impressive, that's for sure. Well other than his ability to take a knee to the face and not die.

Very true. I think with a lot of the guys who first enter the UFC they are so excited to get into the big show they try and negotiate the contract on their own, or only have a lawyer read it over. Negotiating contracts is a very serious PITA. Thankfully I have never had to do it, but my father has several times and hearing the horror stories would make me rather have someone else do it for me. Not only are you trying to get every penny you feel your worth, you have to do it in a way that doesn't result in the other person just leaving. Funny enough my father says the worst ones are where the amount is only off by 1-3%. No one wants to give and they feel like life and death struggles.

I hear that, I just purchased my first business and it's insane how every little detail can come under scrutiny. At some point you realize you're arguing over the smallest detail and in any other circumstance, you would just let it be.

Hes been associated in 2 of the ufc's most heated feuds (in recent years) that had fans/pundits satiated. He might not be the kind of draw that can be paired against a noob and still sell but to say "he doesnt draw the interest of fans" is foolhardy

Freckle has a little shameless behaviour in the past
I would think Rashad would have a higher base pay, and poor Che. Also, Rothwell has one hell of an agent.
