Rate Dan Hendersons chances out of ten against Jones
Is this a Rocky story in the making or a stomp match that could seriously endanger an old fighters health?

1 - a punchers chance, thats it.
He offers nothing more than Rashad did, a big overhand right. Will he use takedowns, kicks to be more effective? no. JBJ will probably take him down in the first round, and finish him in the second.

Endanger and old fighter's health? Did you not see the absolute WAR he had with Shogun, who is much younger than him?
As for his chances, I'd say the fight is 55/45 in Jones favor.

its not just a punchers chance... you basically have the hardest hitting LHW who also has a very sturdy chin, plus his style allows him to blitz in and take punishment in order to deliver his own... if he can eat some JBJ punches and get the KO that does make him the better fighter...
shogun took a harder beating against hendo than he did against jbj... his heart took over and he didnt quit like he did against JBJ. i give him as much a chance agianst JBJ as any other he has faced.

I wouldn't be surprised if Hendo took him down. He's just as strong if not stronger than Rashad and his Greco technique is much better.

You won't be able to take JBJ down in a traditional greco tie up, he has much better leverage because of his length and will use that against Hendo. Only way I see JBJ being taken down is if a fast/strong wrestler does it. I was kinda disappointed by Rashad, he didn't try hard enough to take JBJ down. He had 2 attempts, but they didn't seem like they had much force behind them, at least not what I'm used to seeing out of Rashad.

That i'd say is pretty accurate. I feel like if he were to clock em early with that right and damage Jones then he has a chance...but if jones comes strong early he is screwed

Henderson doesn't have the range, cardio or wrestling to put Jones in any trouble. Jones will pick him apart at a distance, tire him out and then finish him easily.
Henderson's only real chance is that Jones slips or something and Hendo is able to land a good clean shot.

His chances aren't good.
His best bet is to go for it as soon as they start for the fight, he's not got the cardio to handle Jones anyway and him getting stopped in the fourth or the fifth would be a foregone conclusion provided he doesn't finish. As soon as Bruce Buffer gets the hell out of the cage and the ref says fight Hendo needs to swarm him for as long as he possibly can firing off every shot he possibly can, who knows he may get Jones against the cage and blast him but the longer the fight goes the less his already slim chances decrease.
