They could do Serra vs Penn 2. They're pretty much at the same point in their careers and neither of them can beat a top fighter. Plus they're styles are kind of similar, except that Serra can fight past the first minute without breathing through his mouth.

Will make predictions for credits. Please, I'm so broke.

BJ Penn could do quiet well at 170 this time around with GSP out of the picture. I hope he returns as a new BJ Penn with a new mind set. When BJ Penn comes to fight he is one of the greatest.

I think this time around 155 is a harder division for him as Benson,Maynard,Frankie are there. I would love to see Penn vs McDonald.

Why 170? So he could complain some more about how fighters looked twice their size? (Diaz)

Me too. Just like Diego Sanchez, his good at 170 but still a top guy in 155.

He isn't a top 10 WW right now, he'd be much better off at LW (He'll never hold a title there again either but he'd be more competitive than WW).

BJ would have tooled Melendez. I still think he is a dangerouse apponant for anyone at 170. He could beat anyone at 170 not named GSP and he could also lose. The one thing I do know is if you fight BJ you are going to have to go through the fire to beat him.

Im just happy to see him back, Im not ready for life after BJ Penn. A true warrior.

WAR BJ.

I agree that at LW he would be a title contender.

Fav Fighters:
BJ
GSP
Askren
JDS
Belcher
Shogun
Fedor
Hendo
Sonnen

He is much better at LW. I mean he is 16-8-2 but 4 of those losses and a draw was at WW and another loss from when he fought Machida. Stay at LW!!!

I rather have a LW Penn with a murderous smirk than a WW Penn excuse finder.
