Obviously LW is what suits BJ and that is the weight that is made for him.I dont understand why Dana or BJ want to take the route that doesnt work for him and that he havent had any sucess with? Doesnt make sense.

Not interested in seeing Penn at 170. He's my favorite of all time but the guy needs to stick to 155. He's outsized too much at 170.

I would not say he has not had any success at WW. He did win the WW title. Every fight in the UFC at WW has been against a top 5. Wel, maybe not his second fight against Hughes.

I agree that LW is better suited for BJ, but he obviously is showing he is not willing to put in the work to compete at LW.

Does Josh Koshchek even have a win over a top five WW in his career?

Fav Fighters:
BJ
GSP
Askren
JDS
Belcher
Shogun
Fedor
Hendo
Sonnen

BJ needs to retire and enjoy life. The man is talented as hell but he doesn't have anywhere near the hunger and pure torture endurance to train and compete at this level.

He never truly did, but that was in a less evolved era. It's clear he's not gonna suddenly grow that hunger at this age after already having achieved everything he could hope to achieve.

Yeah thats a good point. But that was the good old BJ.I was talking as latley(sorry my bad for not be more specific on that!)

He just doesnt seem to hang on with the better guys in the WW anymore. But then again..i dont know,BJ`s worst problem is himself.

BJ last years have been back and forth on if he wants to fight anymore, when a fighter have that mindsett and is not 100% in the game. Then he should retire in my opinion

Yet it seems like we might will see a BJ who will give it another try with a might 50% motivation into a fight.

Or maybe im wrong..maybe this time free is what BJ need to come back to the good old BJ.But i doubt it,i just dont see the fire in BJ anymore.
