From what I remember, Barry shot for a takedown, got stuffed, then Lavar went for a guillotine(?) I think and Barry reversed him to mount immediately. All I know is it wasn't from a takedown, it was from a transition/reversal in sprawl.

EDIT: Yea, just rewatched it. He went for a front choke and got reversed.

Struve should start off by pulling guard and if that doesn't work, utilize the butt scoot. He's got it in the bag if he can get him down but he's blessed with one of the worst skill sets ever.

He's either too tall or too weak to wrestle and for some reason is unable to use his abundant reach advantage in the striking game. Add a suspect chin to the package and you have a guy that's gonna be punch drunk by the time he hits thirty.

I like Struve, I really do but he's getting the shite knocked out of him every time he loses and alot of the times when he wins.

Still hoping he pulls it off though. War Skyscraper.

Struve has got to be the most underrated fighter in mma, simply because he got overconfident and walked into a superman punch after using Browne as a heavy bag for almost a full round.

Struve via very easy sub/tko in the first or second round.

He looked really great in his last fights and his latest pics of him were showing a more imporved Hunt in terms of his conditioning and overall physical condition, a sign of him taking it seriously.

idk why you guys seem to think struve has a glass chin.. he just gets hit a lot due to bad striking defence.. he usually takes a lot of hard hits by heavy weights before going down...

and the one by travis brown would knock out a bear so i wouldnt call that a glass chin
