Looking at his record, Khalidov really doesn't have very many high profile wins. If he had beat Lindland 5 or 10 years ago, that would mean something... Khalidov's only other wins over named opponents are Irvin and Santiago... Neither of which were UFC material.
Just another example of a guy looking great against fighters who are way below him. It's the same situation that pretty much all of Strikeforce is in.
That's another good point. I think alot are forgetting Santiago actually beat him in the rematch, followed by a draw against some unknown Japanese fighter
