Guida vs Maynard next week

I don't know much about Maynard, but I know that Guida bounces around too damn much and wastes a lot of energy. Maynard should win this pretty easily.
Anybody care to educate me?

Maynard will destroy him, he's at a new camp and he's working with the Marinovich's now, the same people who produced the best BJ Penn ever.

Guida's gonna get put on his back and he's gonna have to endure a 25 minute ass whipping courtesy of Gray.

Guida won't win this fight which blows. Gray's hands are better and heavier, plus he has the size advantage to back up his wrestling. I would never count on Guida losing energy though.

That dude has never gassed before and is known for his seemingly limitless energy.

Top 7 Favorite Fighters at the moment

1. Forrest Griffin
2. Clay Guida
3. Shane Carwin
4. Jon Fitch
5. Chuck Liddell
6. Wanderlei Silva
7. Chris Leben

You know nothing about a fighter so you think you can predict a fight??

Guida bounces around so much because he's got an insane gas tank. He never stops moving as he knows he can keep going. It's a highly competitive matchup, Maynards going to have to work for it thats for sure

Maynard should be the favorite because he's stronger and has superior wrestling, but this is definitely a competitive fight that Guida is capable of winning. I'd give Maynard 7:3 odds to win via power punches and controlling wrestling.

I guess you can call it a prediction... that's why I was calling on people here to educate me.

I have Maynard winning this - He's switched things up since we last saw him, he's got a great team around him and he spent a few months training with mr. Aldo as well

There are still a few unknowns though, on a good day Guida can hang with the best, and we've yet to see what Maynard has gained from his recent changes.

All in all it'll be very interesting, and I can't wait!

Guida might frustrate Gray early in the fight, but I can't see him mounting any good offense.

I'm picking Maynard to win via (T)KO. When he does corner Guida, he'll hit too hard and be too strong on the ground.

Gray being in a new camp could easily have a negative effect on him, the reasons he left and the reasons he likes where he is are unknown. Guida will be in shape but will need to bring something unpredictable because Gray has a wrestling advantage (Guida should be able to hold his own) but Gray is also at least from a technical stand point the better striker but Guida looked unorthodox against Gomi and could use some of that energy here to throw Gray off his game.
