I don't think he's scared but maybe concerned. This is the first Chael response that hasn't been personal or disrespectful. He is only saying that he thinks he is gonna win. When was the last time Chael passed up a cheap shot or some stupid disrespectful comment. I think he may be concerned about giving to much motivation to Silva. The last time I remember seeing a hyped up Anderson...well lets just say since then everyone has added front kick to the face to their arsenol.
I agree. It's kinda funny, but anything other than outright offensive and it sounds like he's backpedaling. I'm not sure if it's because Silva is really pissed this time, or because Chael knows he doesnt have the help from the roids, but something has changed...
It seems like everyone forgets that Chael was roided out the first fight. Then look at how horrible he looked against Bisbing (I thought Bisbing won), and tell me he's going to be able to not get caught with something in the 25 minutes. Because as everyone knows Chael grinds people out, he doesn't submit them, and he doesn't KO them (very rarely at least). I seriously doubt that he'll be able to pull a whole lot off against Anderson this time.
