Winner!

When all is said and done I expect to see Chaels head on a spike.

This is an irrelevant question. Silva is going to destroy chael and that's the bottom line.

It will hurt him if he fights ferociously, but without calculating risk and with mistakes. In my opinion he is "playing" angry. He has the opportunity to hype the fight, because he is fighting Chael and the feud is already there, he's just adding some flame before the fight, making it more interesting to watch. They will battle it out tomorrow night and the staredowns or the trash talking part of it won't matter.. the skills will do all the talking. Hope Chael wins!

If this is all just an act, he's a damn good actor. I'd be shaking in my boots if I were Chael. And yet Chael seems to be enjoying the whole thing.

To tell you the truth though, I don't think Anderson is playing. It's just not his style to put up a fake front. I think he genuinely would like to hurt Chael. I don't think we'll see the usual hugging and mutual respect after the bout. In fact, I predict the trash talk will continue afterward.

And ultimately, I don't think this plays to Anderson's favor. Anderson is no Rampage or Koscheck. I don't think he feeds off this energy well. Then again, he's so good it may not matter.

It's all just hype, guys. Anderson told and interviewer that he WILL respect Chael after the fight, despite Chael's behavior until now. Yes, they want to hurt each other, but it's all about the fame, money and about who is the better fighter. They are grown men, with families and responsibilities. Why in god's name should they voluntary want to act like little kids on the playground... it's simple, it's because the fans like it. Because we love watching cool feuds. They are rivals, but only sport rivals. They don't like each other, because both men think they are the best and thats it. Anderson is pissed, yes he is... but ribs or no ribs he did recieve a big beating from Chael the last time. FIVE ROUNDS! It wasn't like Chael got lucky or something in the first minute, like Serra vs. GSP. He did beat him up for five rounds and TOOK every bit of punishment Silva delivered in the fight. And Silva got him with some very hard shots. He will be 100% this time, that's true too.. and maybe he will look better, but i don't think it will be a quick fight.

Yeah, I just saw Anderson in an interview where he mentioned he didn't prefer hyping fights like this. If he said what you mentioned above, that's a good sign for him. The child beating thing just wasn't him. Just saying, there are some guys that feed off the real personal stuff, and some that do not. I think Anderson's move to a more civil tone plays to his advantage.

Chael BTW, claims that Renzo Gracie called him and convinced him to tone it down as well. He was actually saying some nice things about Anderson recently.

My hope is, this is a good fight. I'm hoping neither guy wilts early.
