What are your plans/routine for tonight?

I live in the UK, so for me things don't kick off until 2am.

I'm currently having a huge debate inside my head whether to go for a nap or not, because I have a bad habit of staying in bed once I get in it.

I've got 18 bottles of Grolsch ice cold in the fridge and two 20 bags of green (40 pounds worth) just in case.

I'm going to be up until around 6am, so I bought 2 Yorkshire pudding dinners to pop in the oven whenever the hunger strikes.

My Mum knows my plans for this evening, but her bedroom is right above the lounge where I'll be watching, so there's always issues with smoke/smell and noise levels. I sucked up to her over the last hour or so ago, so I should have no problems

I will probably drink my first beer at 11:30pm to 12 and play Max Payne 3 until the main card starts whilst I watch the pre-lims on Facebook (if they are?).

Sorry to all who really didn't want to know any of this information - but if you fancy, share your plans and routines ahead of tonight! :thumb02:

p.s. this is the life of an MMA fan with no friends :)confused05:) who are fans... How sad.

Main card usually starts 4 AM here and i hardly take naps. I won't wake up if i take one. If i take one however, i'll wake up an hour earlier and start preparing me some unhealthy food. It's pretty much a ritual for me by now. :D Good thread.

Try to sleep as much as I can this evening, wake up at 2am for the fight, go back to bed when it's over then get up at 9am for work. I cannot stay awake for it if I'm on the beer.

I do have Sky+ but I just have to watch these big events live, also I've been a bit pissed off lately with the events I've recorded, go to watch it the next day and the last half hour was cut off. I could only watch the first two rounds of Maynard vs Guida on my TV then it stopped, shit fight but if ESPN did that on Silva vs Sonnen I'd be pretty angry.

I'm in the UK also. Just watched the first prelim on facebook, will be watching the rest on ufc.tv until about 3am. Recording the main card and watching it in the morning! Bit boring but i don't like watching the fights tired or drunk, so prefer just recording and watching it in the morning. The prelims give me my fix of saturday night UFC!

Same, i was pissed about only getting 2 rounds of that fight! I've recorded the programme after UFC 148 too just incase this time round! But the event is on for 4 hours, so for a 6 fight card that shouldn't over-run!

If you're gonna smoke shit I'd suggest you take a nap so you don't get sleepy.

As for myself. I'm going to watching it sobre on my lappy. Just like you, I don't have any mates that are MMA fans, although I wouldn't consider myself a hardcore fan by any means. I only watch MMA when there's something exciting going on.

It's so cool to hear all of your plans for tonight... and thanks for some of the tips as well :)

I decided not to go for that nap... maybe a bad idea.. but I WILL stay awake! I have to! I just checked the TV and in fact the main card starts at 3am and not 2am.. that's just another nice hour on top of waiting... sigh.

Anyway, Max Payne 3, food, beer and joints until then it is! :thumb02:

Going to a nice local bar of mine with my coworkers and we're going to be celebrating one of their birthdays as well.

I got 20$ on Silva, so if everything goes how it should I will have my meal paid for by the birthday boy, what more can I ask for :) Not sure what we're doing afterwards, if the girls want to go dance I might go with them, but I haven't decided it all depends on how I feel the night out.

Awesome thread btw, I was just thinking what a great night this is; badass card, then nightlife to a peaceful sunday morning.

Dressed head to toe in Tapout and have the American flag set up outside and hung up on the wall in support my guy, THE AMERICAN GANGSTER!

I'll be in a comfortable chair, sipping on some Guinness and expecting a sick night of fights. There will be some serious tension in the air when Silva & Sonnen step into the octagon. Tito's last fight. Cote & Le is a fascinating match-up. Cote's chin is as hard his right hand. Well, Pre-lims time...What is Anderson's plan to deal with Chael's relentless attack? What a mindbending question...
