Will ..... move up LHW? Spoilers, even though the fight is over and can't be spoiled.
It's an odd situation for both men. Sonnen is unlikely to get another title shot with Silva not retiring, and who is there left for Anderson now that his last, legitimate threat has been dispatched?
Chael said he fights to be a champion. Does he try his luck in a new division? Does Silva go on to a superfight with Jones, who won't have many more names at LHW once he demolishes Henderson?
I just don't see Sonnen content with anything less than climbing the latter. But why put these two men in a third match?

Chael has been getting a little bigger from his roiding so it might be a good idea for him to move up. LHW is filled with old people also so either guy would probably run through everyone outside of the top 5.

I think Silva should move up to LHW, but I don't think he will. I expect that he'll remain at MW for maybe a couple of more title defenses (I can't remember off the top of my head when his contract runs out), and then retire. Hopefully he moves up (or down to fight GSP, although if that fight is going to happen GSP should be the one moving up IMO), but I don't see it happening.

It's an interesting question that's for sure, but I believe Silva will stay at MW and fight whoever the UFC thinks they can sell against him.
Chael will probably move up to LHW and have some fights. I hope he just doesn't get stuck in limbo like Rich did. Horrible spot for any fighter.

If Bader beats Machida, I could see Machida going down to save his career and Anderson moving up after one more fight at 185.

I think Silva should take a few fights at LHW, but I don't agree with a permanent move up.
I think Silva/GSP is more likely to happen rather than Silva/Jones, given that GSP beats Condit.

Who do you propose Anderson fight now? He has beaten anyone relevant in the division unless you count Bisping who isn't really that relevant in the title picture considering his record (which isn't bad, but he hasn't had a win that would make me think he could hang at the top at all) and Stann who has no business in the title picture right now either.
The only potential threat is Lombard who is completely unproven at the top level at this point.
