I'm really on the Lombard war wagon, he's never lost an MMA fight under unified rules and his boxing and timing is dangerous. He can knock Anderson out on the counter punch.

This is the fight that could be the Rampage/Liddell type situation.

I'd love to see this fight. In general MMA terms, i think Lombard is the msot deserving guy. I think it would be a very dangerous fight for anderson. Lombard wouldn't be afraid of anderson and would throw bombs!

Lombard is a monster and I believe would run through pretty much every other MW contender out there.

Lombard/Belfort is the fight I'm dying to see. Man, what an amazing stylistic match up.

In the women's division...

Meaning...absolutely nothing.

I can't wait till we actually see how Lombard does in the UFC. Seriously, why put him against the best in the sport period when he hasn't proved anything in the UFC yet? I'm not saying he is or is not legit, but we all know that it is how you perform in the UFC that matters at this stage. Sure he did well in Bellator, but Bellator talent =/= UFC talent.

We've also got Rick Hawn vs Micheal Chandler coming out as well, then again I'm sure those guys are bums because they aren't Zuffa.

Free-style wrestling is vastly overrated Sambo, Judo, Greco Roman are all much more valuable in MMA.

Good thing most of the best fighters are folkstyle wrestlers. Herp.

Also... Bellator LW division.

The best fighter in that division is a wrestler anyway. Rick Hawn is just average.

He doesn't deserve a title shot right away. He must go at least through two of the UFC's MW contenders.

Fedor Emelianenko: The one who doesn't fall, doesn't stand up

Fedor Emelianenko | Anderson Silva | Junior Dos Santos | Lyoto Machida | Carlos Condit | Frankie Edgar | Erick Silva

Nah, like 3 of them were really good fighters and did well.

Nobody from Bellator though...except Chandler...who is a folkstyle wrestler by the way.
