I wasn't posting on forums during his first UFC run but I do post on the UG from time to time, I'm not quite sure how he'll fair this time around, he got beat by Eliot Marshall which is never good for your career and I think a lot of people over hype him or overrate him since he posts on the UG just like Lauzon but he is deadly on the ground so if he's improved the holes in his game he'll be much better this time around.

Vinny is hungry.. If he can't take you down or strike with you then he's going to pull guard, it's always awesome when a fighter has that ability and encorporates it as a plan C, the only problem is not that many guys can rely on fighting off their back in MMA. Vinny is one of those guys, Maia used to do it (don't know why he doesn't anymore, he'd be alot better IMO), Palhares does it, Werdum can do it.. Paul Sass even uses it as a first option!
As long as Vinny is confident I think he'll do well. I've heard his wrestling and striking have improved a lot which is very good to hear so it's time to see if he can put it all together.

Goran Reljic did it against Gouvia. Man I had such high hopes for Goran. But yah it shows extreme confidence in their ground game. Waiting for Drysdale to make his appearance in the Octagon....

I was hoping he'd get more wins before re-signing, just to pump his record up a bit more than it is. I am glad to see that he's back in the octagon though. He has a lot of potential imo.

yes! Am so happy with this. Love people that pull guard. Wonder if he could drop to middleweight to avoid lumps like Bader.

He certainly has the demenaor of a fighter. He reminds me a bit of Thiago Silva in terms of his demenaor. Remember when he whipped his dick out on TUF and pissed on that guy's pillow for screwing with him. Ya that's the kind of bad-ass this guy is.
Pertaining to his fighting, I'm excited to see if his striking has made the kind of improvement it needed to be a force in the UFC. We all know the jitz is there, but can he put it together with wrestling and striking? Time will tell and I hope he can.
As for the belt on ebay, it never sold. It got a bid of 90 grand but was taking down before it sold haha.

Yeah Drysdale will be awesome. Hope his striking is okay though. On the opposite end of things i'm really excited to see if Tyrone Spong fight in the octagon, he's been training with Rashad and the Blackzilians for a long time now.
