Doesn't mean he shouldn't receive the same treatment as every other fighter.

Nailed it. Every fight will be like the Belfort one, he might get the odd takedown but ultimately will be out of his depth. Can't see him making it back to the UFC anytime soon anyway.

The massive size advantage he had at WW will no longer be experienced at LHW. He's 6'2" which is pretty average for LHW and he'd be cutting a similar amount of weight as those guys.

Size advantage nullified.

I'd like to see him back bc he is exciting and there are some cool LHW match-ups for him, but I don't ever see him getting a title shot in the UFC which wasn't out of the realm of possibility only a few short years ago.

Call me crazy, but I still want to see this guy at WW. So many interesting match-up for him still. As well as middle-weight and light-heavyweight.

This guy needs to get with Mike Dolce.

He's done in the UFC. Lack of professionalism cost him his profession. He'll be a coulda/woulda/shoulda fighter in smaller organizations.

He'll be back in the UFC once he beats up a couple cans at 205 (if he makes weight). He probably only needs to win one fight and the UFC should call him up again.

The UFC needs fighters at 205. Rampage is pretty much done. Bonner, Tito, and Forrest are done. Shogun is on his way out. Hendo will be done after Jones introduces him to the real 205 division.

For those of you who think Johnson doesn't belong in the UFC, would you rather continue watching Forrest fight?

Never really got the rumble hype. What are his best wins again?

He has ok wrestling, but his stand up is jerky and his BJJ is rudimentary.

This guy aint getting any title shots in the UFC, it doesn't matter what weight class he's in.

That's what I thought. He may haven't yet recovered all the liquids from his weight cutting yet. Some of it obviously is still lacking in his head. He could have said something like he'd be happy with his new employer as it grants him a new start to make a big run at 205 in the future, telling also that he'd prove that he has no weight making issues anymore and you still could understand that he's aiming to get back to the UFC, but to affront his employer like he did...
