He may have ran through Shogun, Rampage, Machida, and Rashad but if he loses it's most likely gonna be a stoppage since Hendo can only go for three rounds.
It'd be pretty hard to sell an immediate rematch if he ends up like Bisping and gets put on highlight reels until the end of time. If he could go in and beat down a guy like Glover provided he beats Rampage or squashes Forrest since he's coming off a win and hasn't got demolished by Jones yet, then he could get a rematch but whose to say that getting knocked out and knocked off his perch wouldn't drastically alter his career?
I doubt he loses but if he does, I don't see him getting an immediate rematch.

Im glad you read my enitre post and gave an intllegent informed answer, Im sure you are a great contributer to not only this forum but the world in general. If I had to guess Id say in real life your either a scientist or some kind of doctor.

How can we give an informed answer about future events?
I am not a scientist or doctor, but if I become a psychic or invent a time machine I'll tell you all you want to know about Hendo's career, before it happens.

Nonsense, no immediate rematch after vicious KO.
This fight won't be a razor thin decision. It'll either be a big decision for Jones or a brutal KO for Hendo. Dan has the nuts to wild and swing for bombs against Jones, if he lands...its over.

I have to agree with Lyotolegion. Nobody should get a title shot just for beating Brandon Vera and turning down two other up and comers in the process. Lame! If Hendo pulls this off I think he should retire while he is still on top. How many fighters can say they did that?

With the way Jones has looked in recent pictures I really hope he shows up out of shape and doubting Hendo, then gets blasted. There isn't anything that could make this MMA year more enjoyable then seeing Jones get flattened just once to knock that stupid grin off his face.

I've been trying to find what deity I'm supposed to sacrifice to to make this happen. I would love to see it and I am perfectly willing to sacrifice a chicken or goat or homeless person to make it happen.
