This. The point is mote. JDS beats Cain again and DC can try to avenge his buddy. Also DW doesn't care for fighters not fighting each other because they are friends or in the same camp. That alone tells me DC wouldn't get an auto title shot at LHW.

Furthermore, DC may be a great wrestler but Bones is one of the best mixed martial art talents today. Add to it his speed and length I think he has no problem with Cormier.

He tells the story here
Said he lost 20lbs just from training and a little bit of cleaning his diet. He said he weighed 227 walking around, that's easily within cutting of 205. I see no reason he couldn't do it pretty easily if he cleaned up his diet.

Jones probably wouldn't have too many problems with Cormier.
This I've got to hear.

If he says he could make the cut, who are we to disagree. Nobody knows his body better than him.

Cormier isn't even in the UFC and he has never fought at 205, yet he wants a shot at Bones...that's ridic. Cormier needs to finish his SF contract first, THEN he will probably fight at HW for UFC because Cain will lose to JDS and even if he doesn't Dana would never let him dodge a "friend" and drop down for an instant title shot at a weight class he has never fought at when he isn't even a UFC champion himself.

He definately has an interesting skillset and athletism to match JBJ. The issue is that DosSantos does not have many other guys to fight either. So I think it is better for him to take a crack at Dos Santos before going through the effort of dropping body mass to fight JBJ.

i think he can make it, its not really a "cut" more of a diet so i think he would do great at LHW and give JBJ a nice challenge
