Why do people compare Bendo to Jon Jones?
Lately, people have been disliking Benson similar to the reasons why people dislike Jon Jones, but I don't see the similarities...
Can someone clear help me out here?
He seems like a really cool dude, while Jon Jones seems sort of fake (This is not a thread to just bash Jones. I apologize if I made it seem like so).

Personally I've got nothing against the guy. The religious stuff puts me off but there are worse things. I don't like his manager in the least however.

Henderson is just as cocky as Jones is, Jones just gets hate because he beat up on someone's favorite fighter and admitted to smoking weed.
The guy brags about praising God and everything and then he went all 209 on Edgar, he's a ******* piece of shit and I hope Nate ****s him up.

I have the same problem with Jones as most people seem to. I dunno what it is though. I just don't like him. It could just be one of those things where he seems so un-beat-up-able(it's now a word, deal with it) that I wanna see him get beat.
Bendo's problem is he just keeps fighting fighters I like more than him, and I love seeing a Diaz beat on someone*

Non-religious people are threatened by the religious fighters. (I'm non-religious BTW) I'll admit that it can get irritating when I fighter thanks all the sky folk for their victory, but really, it's not something to dislike someone for.

My only problem with Bendo is nothing to do per say with him. The fact is he is walking around with a belt he has yet to earn, he lost the first fight and he lost the rematch. Edgar beat him twice and yet he has Frankie's belt and that disgusts me.

I have never heard anyone compare bendo to jones. I can however see why they would as they are both cocky, both praise the lord when they win, and both have a real shady manager.
