Well if Dan Henderson is a "one trick pony" then sign me up for that title cause he's had a very successful career.

I agree with what Jones said and no way Dan looks good for more than 1 round in this fight.
I do love Dan but he's outmatched here in a big way, wish he would have got another shot with Silva though.

No.

His h bomb is a overhand right, and nothing more. You telling me the throws jabs and people consider it the h bomb? nope. The h bomb is one strike.

The hook/upper cut he hit a grounded Fedor with was pretty H-bomb-esque. Basically any significant strike from the old feckers right is going to pack a lot of power.

But no amount of h-bombing is going to make up for the the 13.5 inches he has to somehow close without eating knees and elbows.

Then there's the left H-bomb, the diving H-bomb and could someone please find a gif of the spinning back H-bomb.

I think if dan saw this thread debating the H-bomb technique he would be truly entertained.

Well there you go.

The rules are simple: Any punch that knocks anybody out that comes from Hendo is an H-Bomb. Technically, any punch thrown that misses, or doesn't knock some poor c*unt out, can not be classified as an H-bomb, even if it had potential to be. Delivering an H-bomb = victory.

Sorry but he stands southpaw so it would be kind of hard to jab with his right hand...
