It's amazing how people judge hendo's cardio basing on his fight with shogun.. Srsly, start training something. Hendo was going for the to finish a few times in that fight.. Most fighters slow down noticeably after 1 attempt - "if youre going for the kill, you wont get the decision" - he got UD

Hendo's cardio hasn't looked great in a while, last match I believe he looked great in the later rounds was the Rampage fight. He gassed against Shields, and even against Rafael Cavalcante in Strikeforce, can't remember that fight exactly but pretty sure both fighters gassed and it was a dull fight for the most part, until the H BOMB connected in the third.

That fight was a very slow pace - The Henderson-Rua fight was just non stop, Jones would gas hard fighting like that too. Not saying Henderson has better cardio, but he would not gas at the pace Jones and Evans were fighting...not that any of his fights are ever at that pace.

The only one getting ragdolled is Hendo. Jones is bigger & has much better MMA-wrestling. Hendo's pedigree in wrestling means little these days as he got outwrestled by Shogun, Shields & probably more fights I can' remember.

Jones would absolutely own Hendo in every aspect of grappling. The chance hendo has is a big knockout, wich I don't really see happenin either.
