Jon Jones' First Nike Shirt Revealed.

Other fighters had previously signed with Nike, but those (as in Anderson Silva’s case) were not global. They were, instead, more or less ‘regional’ deals, rather than a full-on campaign such as Manny Pacquiao’s recent lines or the Jordan lines of the 1990’s.
Well, today fans got the first taste of what they can expect from this newly inked sponsorship, as ‘Bones’ took to Twitter to give us an exclusive picture of his newly minted, ‘Bones Knows’ shirts:
#Nike only made 80 signature T-shirts for UFC 151, I absolutely cannot wait to bless my fans, talk about #exclusive
The sad news, as you have by now figured out, is that the shockingly simple, but awesome shirt, is being limited to only 80 prints. So, unless you know Jon personally, or win some kind of contest, chances are this picture is as close as you (or I) will be getting to these pieces of cotton caviar.
For many, these ‘Bones Knows’ shirts will bring back fond memories of the 1980’s and the amazing two-sport athlete, Bo Jackson. The ‘Bo Knows’ shirts of the 80’s and early 90’s were some of the most iconic pieces of apparel that have ever been made in American history. They were widely considered, along with the Jordan lines, to usher in the era of sports marketing and the subsequent apparel craze that we now take as fairly commonplace.
Jones is scheduled to defend his title against MMA legend and fan-favorite, Dan Henderson, on September 1st in Las Vegas. Too bad Nike couldn’t print a few thousand more of these shirts, as I imagine they would have left the shelves rather quickly.

Bones knows illegal elbows..  JK... I think that's pretty sweet actually. Too bad they're only making 80.... That's kinda pointless. Guess I'll buy a silk screening press and make a small fortune on Ebay counterfeiting these bad boys.  |

China is probably on this like a fatboy on a cupcake already. There is nothing they can not copy; cds, films, clothes, and even Apple products.
Excellent idea though I don't mind monetizing this. Ideas are flowing...
