He has definitely changed. Atleast from the audio and video footage i have seen of him. I dont know him in real life so i dont know if he acts different at home or with his friends.

The person i saw talk to the crowd after he got his first loss on a bullsht reason isnt the same person that we hear speak today. That was the one time i heard Jones talk and i thought to myself that this is a young good guy trying to be a positive role model and showing maturity for his age. I was fully behind him and couldnt wait to watch his career blossom. I dont know if its because of the people he surrounded himself with or if he thinks being famous and a good fighter makes you holier and better then other people. I damn near believe that he thinks his fans worship him. Why else you consider letting people buy your shirt as "Blessing" them is beyond me. Im a pretty generous guy and buy things for my friends or pick them up when they are stranded or i even help strangers out when i can. I have never considered my gifts or my presence to be a blessing for them. And the thought that letting someone buy a shirt from me is me blessing them is something that could never cross my mind. Normal people dont think that way... i just honestly cant even believe he says some of the things he says.

I'm not in denial I'm pointing out the hypocrisy and fake outrage that seems to follow jon jones around. The same people who bitched about jones staredown and his nike deal are the same ones bitching right now.

My whole view is this is exactly it. He IS the same person. But words end somewhere. He tries to smooth talk fans and media and portray himself as a near perfect man of the sport. He has always tried WAY too hard to look good. I don't know anyone else in the sport that is as worried about his image as much as Jones. No one else tries to convince people they are a GREAT person. Guys like Wandy, Munoz, Roy, Big Nog, JDS, Chris Lytle are just great people. They don't need to tell everyone they are.

But words can't fool people forever. They fooled many. But actions speak louder than words.

Like how Jackson told him to go check on Machida. That camp and Jones have always wanted to portray such a great person. They go out of their way to portray it. Yet, in real life situations he has never been the person he says he is.

Not sure how anyone can take what he says seriously. He has always been the same person. His talk just isn't going to fool everyone anymore.

Dana White gets shitted on a daily basis. Even for things like not being able to sign Fedor after he obviously tried really hard to get the deal done. And we dont even have to mention that he gets shitted on when he does something sneaky.

Lying to us about Ortiz still fighting on the card after TUF. Kicking Torres out. Giving title shots. His Hall of Fame. The list goes on and on.

Dana White gets his fair share of outrage. There is no hypocrisy here. It just happens that Jon Jones says or does some shady every other week. At some point people are going to be fed up with it and tell it how it is.

And this last stunt is just the straw that broke the camels back for alot of people.
People are not "picking" on poor Jones. He has done this to himself.

Apparently he deleted his old post of saying he'd never turn down a fight. At least stand by it. What's done is done. What matters now is how he handles himself afterwards.

As a saying goes. Always be nice to people on your way up, because you'll meet them on your way down.

The UFC gave him an opportunity of a LIFETIME and this is how he reciprocates. Then he leaves a Sun Tzu quote as if he's a tactician. Read two versions of that a decade ago. That's rudimentary in the business world. Don't trivialize the situation with an ancient quote giving the masses, fans an impression that you're above them.

There is something inherently wrong with this individual's mindset. Like everything in life there's a balance, cause and effect, yin and yang. He doesn't get it. His whole family will now pay for this with incessant ranting and hecklers especially if he loses. It's a catch 22 for em.
How can such a young and talented fighter continuously make bone head moves.

Missed opportunity to correct a wayward ship.
