What happens to Alan Belcher now?

In all this madness it appears we've forgot one thing, Vitor Belfort was supposed to fight Alan Belcher in Brazil at UFC 153.

So what happens to Belcher now since he's right there with Weidman and Boestch when it comes to a title shot, should he fight Weidman or Boestch?

no.1 contenders match with Weidman sounds okay to me.. I really want Andy to fight GSP though. Something i've salivated over for years, it might actually happen this time!

A GSP/Silva fight wouldn't happen till likely May or June. There is more than enough time for Anderson to have another fight before then.

Yeah but I doubt it'll be at MW.

Dana already said Anderson will be out til early 2013.

I think a fight with Shields could be interesting. Weidman wants a title shot so doubt he would take the fight. Would Tim's foot heal in time? A completely off the wall idea have him go to Strike Force and fight Rockhold for that title.

Now that is an exciting match-up. In my ideal world, they would do it Cormier/Mir style and have it one night only. But honestly, Rockhold and all the other MW's will end up in the UFC once that division dissolves.

That would be an awesome fight although I don't think Lombard deserves an opportunity against a top guy. He should be given a high risk low reward fight after the Boesch performance.
