If Sonnen beats Forrest, he'll get his shot. I thought he would be made to have another fight, but it's becoming clear that wont be the case.

The difference is everything he said about Anderson was baseless.

This is actually a very good point.

Most of the stuff he used against Anderson was purely fictional. So far most of the stuff he said about Jones is spot on. I guarantee a mental midget like Jones is getting upset due to this talk since he knows there is alot of truth in the insults. And those are the ones that hurt the most.

well, something like that.... or was it something with the lid? anyway, stupid bitch got her money. I bet she is proud.

damn, getting off topic.

sorry guys.
Sorry but you mentioned the Mcdonalds coffee incident and I had to post this. There is a movie called 'Hot Coffee' I believe that talks about how big corporations make the little guy/girl's cases look frivilous, which can't be further from the truth.

It was far more than a lady's lip getting burnt. Her legs, butt and crotch got brunt to the bone. The lady actually had to get skin grafts due to the coffee being crazy hot. Mcdonalds of course spun this into the urban myths we think we know today about that case.

Here is a link: http://m.youtube.com/#/watch?v=hprByjGNgn8

Anyway, back to the pizza ad. Funny as heck.

Regardless, the hottest the coffee could have possibly been is 100 degrees Celsius. Everybody knows this, you be careful with hot things. Common sense, no?

That's like buying superglue and complaining that yours hands got stuck together when you touched it.

Does anyone know if they're really doing this out there? I pretty sure unless it's an actual special that they are profiting from there is absolutely nothing Jones can do.

I agree, however I would say if he DOMINATES Forrest he'll get his title shot. If it's a lackluster victory he may need another one... either way I can hear Dana now.. "this guy F***ing stepped up when we F***ing needed him... he just beat a former F***ing world champion... and yeah! It's a fight everyone F***ing wants to see, and yeah! I'm giving him a F***ing title shot!..... F***!"

Edit... sorry for the double post... somehow thought I was in a different thread

Its true for sure. We all know that coffee is going to be hot. I guess the arguement in this case wasn't that we know coffee will be hot. Its that the coffee was so hot that it would create 3rd degree burns that left scars so insane, I almost threw up when I saw the pictures.

Think about it. I'm sure we have all spilt coffee that was too hot and it burnt our pants a little. We wait a few seconds and we are good to go. Now imagine coffee so hot, that within a TENTH OF A SECOND, burnt you to your bone, with third degree burns on your genitals. A little bit of a different situation wouldn't you agree?

That was what the true story was, as opposed to what we all heard. What did it for me was seeing the actual pics of her being burnt. Its horrific. Google it and once you do, tell me if you think this was the same as a normal coffee burn.

It really isn't.
