Four more fights added to the already incredible UFC on FOX 5 card

Quote:

UFC on FOX 5's stacked card has added even more star power, with heavyweight power punchers Lavar "Big" Johnson and Brendan "The Hybrid" Schaub verbally agreeing to fight December 8 in Seattle, Washington.

Verbals are also in for two of the most exciting fighters in the welterweight division to meet as Matt "The Immortal" Brown takes on Mike "Quick" Swick at that event.

In addition, two lightweight bouts originally booked for the cancelled UFC 151 have been bumped to the Seattle date: Daron Cruickshank vs. Henry Martinez and Tim Means vs. Abel Trujillo.

So far we have:

Benson Henderson (c) vs. Nate Diaz
Mauricio Rua vs. Alexander Gustafsson
B.J. Penn vs. Rory MacDonald
Ramsey Nijem vs. Joe Proctor

As well as the fights in the tidbit above - this card is incredible! Of course the first three fights on this list are on the main card, but which fight will be the last? (UFC on FOX events usually have four main card fights)

I'll go with some heavyweight action to start the night out, but you never know - they could go with Swick again, very popular with the faithful fans :)

I'm surprised they got Nijem on a main card and not the under-card.

Well we don't know yet.

I assume (Anything else would be dumb) that these three fights are on the main card:

Bendo vs. Diaz
Shogun vs. Gustafsson
BJ vs. Rory

There's still one spot open, and one of the fights have to fill that spot :) It hasn't been announced yet

That's quite the card for a Free TV one. Ill be watching for sure.

Glad to see Swick wasting no time and jumping right back in there after a very impressive win.

Also totally stoked to see Nate bring the fight to Bendo and become the new Lightweight champ. Should be a hell of a night for fights.

Nice, this is my most looked forward to card now, Swick vs Brown, holy hell that is gonna be awesome. I think they should stack all cards with twice as many big fights as they intend on showing just so it won't be such a downer when only half the fights make it to the event with both fighters still healthy.

I doubt Nijim/Proctor is main card.

But man, I'm kinda worried for Schaub if Lavar gets a hold of him he might die.

Cant see any other outcome than Schaub getting KOd.
