What if it was another CHAMP???
Imagine if:
Junior refused to fight Evans...
Silva refused to fight Diaz/Shields...
GSP/Condit refused to fight Edgar...
Bendo refused to fight Mendes...
Aldo refused to fight Faber...
after a full camp, on 8 days notice. When the challenger, did not have a full camp, possibly only had 8 days notice.
All of those fights seem absurdly one-sided.
How one sided?
This much:

Doesn't really apply here. But that isn't even the worst pic of Fabers leg.

I think it does cause if it was any other champ not as many people would be complaing. The MAIN thing i see in all this is how does someone coming off a lose get a title shot?

If any of the fighters in the OP list turned down those fights, I would be equally dismayed.

Has any other Champ criticized Jones at all, other than Rousey (who was uncharacteristically mild)?

Am I crazy for thinking that Jones could have demanded and received a $1 million bonus for taking the fight?
I'm sure the UFC lost millions and would have gladly paid Jones an extra million to save UFC 151.

They absolutely lost millions, and they may have even damaged their relationship with the Manadalay Bay, Cable Companies and more.
I'd like to know for sure how much money they lost, they clearly wasted a shit load on promoting the fight but the venue and cable companies are what I'm interested in.

From what I've seen of all the other champions, no one is quite as self-righteous as Jon Jones.
I am confident each of those champs would take any of those fights, and that's why we love them.

If the damage to their relationship had been so great, they would not have canceled the card.
Say it with me: Jon Jones didn't cancel the card, the UFC did.
