You'll all see.....Carlos has already defied the odds numerous times, beating down the GSP protege in his hometown, knocking Dan Hardy out cold in his hometown, persevering and battle through the stifling top control of the Stun-Gun and of course his most impressive performance to date, the schooling of Nick Diaz on Superbowl Weekend.

Next up? Dethroning the king in Montreal, OH YEAH!

The last guy who challenged GSP in canada flew home with his 15 fight win streak broken. The guy before that had to drive home because he wasn't allowed in an airplane after a fight with the WW king. You'll see.

GSP has never fought anyone with such an active guard as Condit.. Condit will beat GSP up from the bottom with elbows and punches and realize he isn't going to win by lay and pray.. after struggling out of a few submission attempts he is going to try his hand at striking with Condit and is going to get KTFO..

his one two jab is not gonna phase condit.. this is gonna be a brutal finish guys..

Condit will win with those nasty leg kicks he showcased in the Diaz fight.

Diaz still isn't back in the octagon after that beating. He may never get back.

Schooling Nick? I don't remember that, regardless that decision was not without controversy.

If GSP starts feeling uncomfortable standing he'll just take Condit down and grind him to a finish or decision.

Condit was able to Caleb Starns his way to the win against Daiz in part because of poor judging but also because Nick doesn't have the best mma wrestling in the UFC to fall back on. GSP is the gold standard for mma wrestling.

Condit has slightly better stand up however some of his tools are going to to be left in his tool belt.

You can't just leg kick GSP haphazardly. GSP wont ignore them, he'll check them to stop them from scoring and he'll take you down if you get repetitive, Condit definitely wants to stay away from the ground game.

Condit cannot win this fight by trying to out point GSP from bottom, that would be a atrocious gameplan of fail.

Odds are GSP by decision IMO and I can't see him gassing either, to me that's just wishful thinking by Condit fans.

In my eyes Condit needs to stop GSP anyway he can. He better sub, cut, TKO/KO him and the sooner the better b/c GSP should take over in the championship rounds. I just don't see Condit having the skill to make GSP fight Condit's fight.

Condit fans better pray for a goat vagina.

GSP has been medically cleared - UFC 154 return on schedule

Quote:
UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre (22-2 MMA, 16-2 UFC) just made one significant step back to the cage.

The fighter, who's been on the sidelines for 16 months due to a knee injury, today announced he's been medically cleared to resume normal MMA activities.

That should open the door for his planned UFC 154 pay-per-view headliner with interim titleholder Carlos Condit (28-5 MMA, 5-1 UFC) this fall.

"I'm now medically cleared to compete in professional mixed martial arts events," St-Pierre today tweeted. "Rendez-vous le 17 novembre."

UFC 154, of course, takes place Nov. 17 at Montreal's Bell Centre. UFC officials previously announced they hoped the French-Canadian champion would headline the card. The co-headliner features a No. 1 contender's bout between Johny Hendricks (13-1 MMA, 8-1 UFC) and Martin Kampmann (20-5 MMA, 11-4 UFC).

A troublesome knee injury ultimately resulted in St-Pierre's ACL surgery back in December. The champ recently said he was ahead of his 10-month recovery schedule.

Condit, who won the interim belt with a February win over Nick Diaz at UFC 143, opted to wait for the champ rather than take another fight and risk his big-money opportunity with St-Pierre.

St-Pierre, one of MMA's top pound-for-pound fighters, most recently earned a decision victory over Jake Shields at UFC 129 in April 2011. He's since won nine straight fights while posting six consecutive title defenses over the likes of Jon Fitch, B.J. Penn and Josh Koscheck.

While Condit is next up for "Rush," St-Pierre and UFC middleweight Anderson Silva have expressed interest in a super fight, UFC President Dana White recently confirmed.

Bj at the time of gsp vs bj penn 1/2 was known for his incredibilly dangerous guard....

Believe me Im also hoping for a new ww champion to mix up the division and give gsp his killer instinct back, but this is friggin GSP.

He's proven himself over and over, mark my words: gsp will not lose while remaining in his prime.

And we all know Lyotolegion likes to root for the underdog to brag about it if his predicition came trough.

Though he fails alot (see sonnen vs silva 2)

They'll probably film another 24/7 type show leading up to this fight.
