If the show had to be 2 HW's, I don't know who else would be better?

My problem is, why 2 HW's? I think the show needs a complete makeover.
Why not have Rousey and Tate as Coaches, With a bunch of up and cuming chick fighters? Add tons and tons of pillows to the fighter house and fill the pool with Jello instead of water. Then watch the Fur Fly!
I could make this show really fricken interesting if they gave me a chance.

Seriously though. If not an All Female TUF - How about a Co-Ed one, with Men and Women in the house?

The point is, this is a reality show at it's heart. And no reality show with a bunch of dudes is going to be really successful (women outnumber Men like 3:1). The best reality shows and have men and women and sexual tension and love triangles, etc. As a reality show TUF isn't bringing it, and as a fighting show, the fights aren't bringing it. So they need to decide what it is. Is it a reality show or is it a fighting show. right now, it's stuck somewhere in the middle and losing fans from each side instead of bringing in fans from each side.

Seriously what happened to Carwin? The guy was a machine, destroying everyone, then sees the second round, loses to Brock is gone a year, loses to Jds and is gone again. Wtf... I know he was hurt, but Jesus, how do you not have any serious problems then just disappear like that. I guess having to get off that juice hurt him more than expected.

Carwin represents how shallow the HW division really is and always has been. You have a bunch of huge muscle-bound or fat-bound dudes who have way less skill than the top 5 guys in every other division below them but make it into the spotlight because they are huge, and damn, we like to see them big boys fight.

I think we are just now starting to see a few talented HW's emerge in JDS, Cain, and Overeem. Carwin...Brock...even Nelson...these guys represent what is wrong with the HW division. I love Nelson. He is amazing. What an everyman. But gimme a freaking break! This guy at 205? Nelson is at HW for a reason: you don't need to be as good. Carwin? Brock? These guys are not even full time fighters! They are old, worn out, and from different professions.

I could get into the rest of the division but it really just get embarrassing from there. I guess we could toss in a few other top ten UFC HW like Matt Mittrione, Cheik Kongo, and Pat Barry. always nice to see them underachieve and fail. on a regular basis.

I'm only watching this because Cameron Diffley was announced as one of the Welterweights, interesting to see how a BJJ wizard does when it comes to full MMA. The coaches alone will not keep my attention span.

Roy's Cardio isn't great, but it's a lot better than Carwins. We could very well have Shane on his back in the last round dying for a breath while Roy does what he does.

He was facing career ending injuries. Had surgery and was cleared not that long ago. So he was in serious trouble with his body. Give his age to the mix. I dont think that he will be same fighter he was before. Its unfortune

I never even watched an episode. I saw "the Situation" on the Comedy Central Roast of Donald Trump, and holy shit, that guy is ridiculous. I despise mainstream media. I hadn't listened to the radio for 4 years until I went to my new job and now I can't listen to my iPod. I didn't realise how bad things got. The 90s was cool. TV is now all materialistic bullshit. Remember when MTV had shows like Lyricists Lounge? That was my shit! Now all they have is garbage. I feel like an old man and i'm not even close to it.

I wonder if Carwin can KO Nelson. Surely he'll land a lot more than he did against JDS.

If Carwin loses he will probably get cut. He's 37 and coming off a serious back injury. I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say Carwin's fighting for his MMA career.
