Lombard has got this all day. I say he finishes Palharres.
That's if he can reach him when he's up on the cage

Sick fight, I think Lombard can keep it standing and tool Palhares on the feet. His counter punching is going to be too much for Rousimar, I think a (T)KO is likely here.

Man I love this fight.
Although, I feel that this is a nightmare match-up for Paul Harris. IMO Lombard will probably be stronger, has the TDD to keep this standing, and has the power to get the KO.

This seems like a great fight but im not so sure...its a weird stylistic match up....lombards judo and striking vs palhares' leg lock bjj...its very interesting, very different fight, i hope it does turn out to be awesome! But since the styles are so weird against each other it might suck

I love the fight & I like both guys so I don't care who wins. Epic fight I think Lombard takes it unless he pulls another wierd fight like the last one.

I think the UFC would only host events in Melbourne or Sydney, and with cage fighting being banned in Melbourne (afaik), it's only going to be Sydney for the moment.
As for the fight, I always enjoy wathcing Palhares fight regardless of him winning or losing. You just feel that something is about to happen to end the fight at every moment. So I hope he wins this one simply so that he has more fights in the UFC.

Lombards Got This, His lost to Tim was due to him completely flopping on his debut, if he can get over his nervousness, he's got this in the bag.

I'll give Lombard the benefit of the doubt and assume he was injured in his Boetsch fight because he looked so bad, but if he doesn't come out much better than that then I can see Palhares taking this fight.

I'd say he is... so far. But a win over Lombard would definatly not help him in that respect since alot of critics have given him the same label.
Either way I'd pick Hector to win via Knockout.
