UFC 152: 20 facts about Saturdays event

Are you hungry for some UFC knowledge? Good, because we have you covered with 11 facts about UFC 152: Jones vs. Belfort, scheduled for this Saturday (Sept. 22nd) from Toronto, Canada.
The event is headlined by an light heavyweight championship bout of Jon Jones vs. Vitor Belfort and can be seen on live on pay-per-view in the United States and Canada.

1 – UFC 152 is the first UFC card since Oct. 18, 2011 (UFC 136) with two title fights.

2 – Vitor Belfort will attempt to become the second ever two-time UFC light heavyweight champion.

3 – When Jon Jones fights at UFC 152, he will become the youngest fighter in history to reach 12 UFC fights (25-years-old).

4 – Brian Stann has not gone to a decision since dropping to the middleweight division five fights ago.

5 – According to Fight Matrix historical MMA rankings, Michael Bisping has never beaten an opponent ranked in the top-10.

6 – Vitor Belfort’s last light heavyweight bout was on Sept. 22, 2007, exactly 5 years prior to UFC 152.

7 – Joseph Benavidez vs. Demetrious Johnson will determine the first flyweight champion in UFC history.

19 – Vinny Magalhaes fights in the UFC for the first since being cut from the organization in April 2009. Since his release, Magalhaes has compiled a 7-1 record.

20 – Of the 24 fighters competing on the card, Michael Bisping has the most wins (22), Vitor Belfort has the most fights (30) and losses (9). Bisping and Belfort are tied for the most (T)KO wins (14), Simeon Thoresen leads in submission vitories (15) and Demetrious Johnson holds the most decision victories of any fighter on the card (6).
