JDS vs Yvel.
Gilbert was/is a nasty kickboxer and Junior murked him. It was fast, elusive, struck from a mad angle and he had Yvel's chin sat there waiting for it, brutal setup. Really nice exchanges throughout, and against a guy that stylistically was meant to be trouble for the future Champ.
Nog vs Schaub was, as mentioned, highly satisfying. Carwin is a good example, meat and spuds striker who can drop anyone.

Before Silva/Sonnen 2, I cheered more for Nog knocking out Schaub than anything else.
F*CK YOU FRANK MIR!

I won me some sweet money on that fight. I remember watching the weigh-ins and Werdum looked fat, like he didn't train at all for the fight... Then I saw Dana's vblog, and saw JDS punching mitts and knew he was gonna knock Werdum out.

Though I agree those were great fights and some great KO's, what I mean by "big man" is someone huge who have to cut down to 265lbs, who was knocked out by a great strike
Overeem was a bulked up 205lbs fighter when he was beat,
Mir is probably right at the limit and doesnt have to cut
Struve is not even 265lbs, even though he's as tall as a skyscraper
Cain beat the hell out of all these fighters, but did not KO them

I entered the thread with this in mind, but I think the words "big men" had me forgetting about HD.

How many UFC fighters have actually had to cut to make that weight, 3? If you're gonna stick to that narrow definition, your thread will be lame.
