I don't have any faith in the guy; he fights stupidly. His BJJ is his best asset and he barely ever tries to use it. Based on the skills they possess I would agree with you he is the better fighter and should win this fight. You just know he is going to try and turn it into some wild brawl for no reason though.

Normally I would agree with you because he does fight stupid, thing is I don't see any possible way that Miocic has an advantage. Every way I look at it the fight ends with Struve's hand raised. I think he is the better striker and the better grappler. Struve is horrible at using his reach but I still think his advantages here are to big here for him to lose.

I'm a little shocked that Struve is a +200 underdog for this. Worth a few $$ I figure. Go Skyscraper.

He seems to get KO'd to much for me to put any confidence in him winning.

I think Struve having a bad chin is a myth. Let's have a look at who KO'd him: JDS, Nelson and Browne. Three massive power punchers. Most people would get knocked out if they caught a punch from one of these three.
I don't see how anyone can see a Miocic win here. He's not fought anyone nearly as good as Struve. Plus look at Struve's record against people with unbeaten records.
Miocic's only hope is a submission.

Anything can go down with these 2 HWs.
I see Struve getting KO'd. But he has solid ways to win the fight himself.

The books have lost their mind as well since Miocic is a 2-1 favorite. And even opened up as a bigger favorite.
The difference in this fight is speed and reaction. Struve seems to have a slow lazy looking striking game. Awesome reach, range, and height. But he doesn't use it that well. Miocic has a boxing background and his hands are pretty decent. Plus his chin is very solid. If Struve can't get the wrestler down, he will have 5 rounds to not get KO'd. I see Miocic finding his chin and dropping him before Struve is able to hurt Miocic too bad. If the fight goes to the ground it is a different story. But I feel Miocic will only let it go there is he is desperate.
On the other hand I always back Struve for his youth. He is still quite young and could be totally improved camp to camp. But his size really limits his striking. It is hard to be quick and react when you have so much mass to move.

It's amazing how often Struve finds a way to win.
I see Miocic beating Struve around the octagon, getting knocked down a couple of times, getting taken down a couple of times, then locking in a triagle choke from the bottom.
IMO, Struve comes out of the fight his usually bloody mess, but also with his hand raised.
This is indeed a pretty significant step up for Stipe.
