I don't get why everyone is afraid of Diaz against a wrestler. Diaz has insane submissions and after some body shots, does what Nate did to Miller.

Diaz's trouble style is EXACTLY the style that Condit faught. Hopefully he comes back soon. I have Diaz beating everyone at WW who isn't Condit or GSP, and both of those would be interesting. I'd like to see him take out Kampmann, which esentially would be a crazy easy fight for him. Hendricks would be a big win too.

imo if the fight was in strikeforce's hexagon, Condit wouldn't of been able to run so much and would of lost. But there is so much room in the octagon that that strategy worked.

I don't blame Condit for his strategy, even though Nick is my #1 all time. Like, seriously, Condit stands with Diaz and he gets brutally battered and probably stopped. He takes him down, and most likley gets put quickly in a submission. He created a strategy which is the only wau he could win and it worked. My only issue was his threats of "knocking Diaz out" before the fight. He should have just kept it to himself and not promised things which he couldnt and never planned to deliver.

I agree with this.

I don't hate what Condit did. It was his only chance of winning that fight vs. Diaz. He had to make it a point fight and he had to get on his bike.

I just hate that he was awarded the fight. It was pretty close on points. But I had Diaz winning 3 rounds clearly while Condit won 2 clearly.

I really think once Condit loses to GSP, Diaz should get a rematch. If he wins again he should get the shot at GSP.

I think that Condit clearly won 2 rounds, and the other 3 were a toss up. If anyone edges one of those 3 rounds to Condit, which is very easy to do, they'd have him winning the fight so I can understand the decision.

I wouldnt mind the rematch because Diaz will work on cutting off the cage, and Condit will work on being the Natural Born Killer, and we will finally get the fight we wanted in the first place.

I guess it depends how you score strikes. I hardly even scored those leg kicks for Condit. He had a few good ones, but 90% were tocuhes. I scored the 3 rounds for Diaz because I count combo's to the body and face and coming forward more than I do backpeddling weak leg kicks that didn't hurt Diaz at all. And the 5th Diaz controlled Condit for a full minute and was threatening with a submission. The only danger anyone was in the whole fight. If there was more time I believe Diaz would have sub'd Condit. But there wasn't.
