2 for Chael, 1 for Diaz depending on his performance.

I think 2 for Chael as well, possibly one if he mops the floor with Forest, but I have a feeling Diaz will get an immediate title shot.
Or at the very least, fight only one fight.

I'm a BIG Chael fan but I don't see him doing well in the LHW division. He struggled hard with Bisping and I think Forest will actually take this one with sloppy striking and TDD.

If I were Dana I wouldn't trust Nick enough to offer him a title shot no matter how many fights he wins. He has proven that he can't be responsible in general or handle the pressure of maineventing a UFC PPV.

Sonnen: 1, unless he looks bad in a win vs. Forrest.
Diaz: 0. Maybe 1.

No way. I can see them using the many thought he won the Condit fight line. His exciting, GSP wants him, has an attitude which Dana seems to love. He pretty much has everything going on for him to get a title shot. And he's still suspended.

I can't see the Rashad fight getting booked because I don't think Chael can take Rashad. Unlike Forest Rashad is still hungry to fight and I think he out 'insert points, strikes, wrestles' Chael at every angle. My opinion, and I'm a big Rashad fan. If Rashad defeats Chael there is 'no way' they can book him v Jones. Chael takes Forrest and gets the shot. One fight at 205 and he's in.

So would I ! And I don't mind Diaz, but I think he gets a bit on the whiny side at times when he starts to believe there is a conspiracy against him - judges, Ariel Helwani, the UFC ...

Honestly.. 1 fight each as crazy as that sounds. Dana White is already on record saying Sonnen might get a Title Shot against Jon Jones if he got past Forrest Griffin. Cant believe that Sonnen could almost get a Title Shot after talking alot of trash and a loss from a Title Fight in another Division, and at worst could get a Title Shot after beating a Forrest Griffin that no longer has the heart.
I can expect the same treatment for Nick Diaz when he comes back. He probably just needs 1 win and talk alot of trash and he is a shoe in for a Title shot after.
White/UFC as we have seen recently no longer cares who wins or loses anymore to get a Title Shot. Machida was going to get a rematch with Jones after 1 win after he got the 1st shot after 1 win. And Frankie Edgar was going to fight for a Title coming off a loss after a Title Fight in another Division.

Diaz is a lot closer because he's in most peoples opinions, the second or third best WW in the world.
Chael to me should be a decent bit off at LHW. I still want the Forrest fight to happen and see him work forward.
Diaz = 1 fight.
Sonnen = 3 fights.

Fail Sonnen, if he wins against Forrest then I think he'll be next in line.
Nick Diva will never get a title shot because he'd have to win at least 2 or 3 against top guys, and he's just not that good. However, I'd love to see Diva get an immediate shot at 185 once his suspension is up. I'd absolutely love to watch Silva make him look as stupid inside the cage and Diva makes himself look outside.
