Hope it goes through cuz I've always wanted to see Sean Sherk vs Brock for my own amusement.
Gotta love those David vs Goliath matchups!

Would the UFC allow even a friendly? We all know Bisping literally murders Faber if he feels like it, but if UFC frowns on it he could lose a possible title shot.

I doubt they get a say on this. UFC would have to apply for this fight and then it'd be up to the athletic commission whether to allow it to take place or not.
Of course it's all coming from my head. Don't know if things work like that but only seems logical.

You can spar with whoever you want to. Machida and Anderson spar all the time for free.

Bisping = MW Title Contender
Faber = BW Non-Title Contender
Seems legit.

Faber's last fight was for the title.
Bisping's last fight was against a title contender.

...Suprised Faber would even say something like that. Honestly, it would look like a high school kid beating up on an elementary school kid. Faber would be be on his bicycle like Lance Armstrong. It would be funny though cause Bis could pick up Faber and toss his ass out of the Octagon...

It would be more like a 135lb wrestler/boxer challenging a 185lb wrestler/boxer since they are both pros, just different in size. It's not like Bisping has more fight knowledge and he isn't superior in every physical way since Faber is 10x faster with presumably better cardio.
