I've never bet against Story before and he has made me seem foolish in his last few fights because of this. Therefor I'm gonna pick Maia to win this fight even though I think theres a good chance Story will be strong enough to over power Maia and beat him up. I'm thinking Maia at some point manages to get Story in position and submit him.

Story is widely overrated.

Maia fought for the title. He has fought top 5 MWs. Story is an average 170.

Not saying Maia will cruise here. But Story isn't a finisher at all. Maia may out-strike him in a terrible striking contest. Or if Story wants to clinch he can get it to the ground. If on the ground I think he taps Story fairly easy.

I have a feeling Maia fights smart in Brazil. You don't move down a weight if you aren't re-adjusting your game.

Maia 1st round sub of some sort. Story has never faced a real good BJJ artist.

Going for Maia myself, I love his aggressive BJJ style. I hope he bloody well uses it.

As much as Maia has more talent, I don't see him taking down Story or being able to drop him to get it to the floor. I think this just depends on the striking battle.
