Maia is a beast at 170. Story had nothing for him. Maia's problem at 185 was the size disadvantage he was at. Now that he's in the welterweight division, he's one of the bigger guys. Even the strong wrestlers need to watch out for him on the ground.

This fight is so to clarify to some ppl, who said Lyoto was dominated by Jones in BJJ, what is the REAL MEANING of BJJ domination. Thanks for that lesson, Demian.

I'm glad Maia remembered he is a submission guy. He is the sort of guy I want to see on the ground with GSP.

I love watching great grapplers do their thing.
I am really excited for Roger and Jacare to enter the UFC MW division, Vinny should do really well this time round aswell.

So so SO impressive. Maia looks like a machine at 170. Can't wait to see him again. Love the idea of the Fitch fight.

Nice return to form. He's a viable threat when it comes to the ground game. Maia vs Fitch would be quite interesting.

Maia man handling a big solid wrestler like that sends notice to a lot of the guys in the division. He's finally in the right division and is fighting smart again. It makes me happy to see that.
