Well yea, but what he could do wasn't really my point. It was that if I had no idea who he was and met him on the street & he was for some reason trying to intimidate me...I probably would't be scared, I would however probably get knocked out, I'm not disputing that.

Groin kicks and eye pokes still take down the most intimidating muscle bound powerful granite chinned heavyweights out there, its just you cant count on them working reliable every-time,

Best bet is to distract (set up) dirty strike to groin throat eyes etc, then run, even if it fails to take him out, he will flinch which is enough time for u to make a run for it.
