I remember after the Chael fight, people wanted answers to who was next the next day. He just fought twice in 3 months.
Ask him again in a few months. My god, give him a chance to take a breath. The UFC didn't offer a Weidman fight. Silva is expecting GSP next.
He said Chael didn't deserve a rematch. Everyone pee'd their pants and pouted. Guess what, he fought him.
Cry me a river.

It's the way he says it, that raises flags.
"I'm an oldie, I'm not a fool" What exactly does he mean by that? It sounds to me like he might be worried about his age against a young guy like Weidman, I don't think Silva is afraid of him, I don't think any cage fighter is afraid of anyone, but statements like that kind of raise flags. It seems like he's nearing the end one week then the next week he'll come out and say "I wanna fight for five/six more years"

Who exactly are Bisping's notable wins? Stann, that's it and in Weidman's win over Munoz he looked far more impressive than Bisping did against Stann.
And Weidman didn't just win against Munoz, he absolutely demolished him, I don't know if people just didn't see it because it was on FUELTV or what but Weidman absolutely handled Munoz in every sense of the word and then finished him in brutal fashion. Fat Munoz or Munoz on his best day, Weidman's career, except the time he cut 32 lbs in 11 days has been consistent, and he's handled everyone on the ground.

It was over before he started to gas.
Not sure why they didn't just do Bisping/Weidman for the title shot. We all know they nor us want to see Boetsch.
I gave the Sonnen/Bisping fight to Bisping. Wasn't a robbery really, but I gave him that fight. Sonnen sort of did too. As much as I don't like Bisping I still give him more credit for that fight against the undisputed #2 MW than I do to Weidman for beating Munoz coming off emptying fossils out of his elbow.
Weidman/Bisping would be the perfect #1 contenders fight in my opinion.

He does the same thing in his interviews that he does in the Octagon, he leaves people guessing what his next move will be. And as in the Octagon, people fall into his traps...

Anderson just wants Weidman to raise his stock...
Weidman should have never turned down that fight with Vitor Belfort... I guess Chris is a little hypocrtical

That's an unfair statement. Chris still had very legit hopes of fighting Anderson Silva when he turned down Vitor. He even said if he had known he wasn't going to get that fight he would have taken that matchup with Vitor. As far as Chris was concerned the door was still open for him to fight Spider. It's just inaccurate to call him a hypocrite.

He is posturing to get the GSP fight. If he is close to retirement not fighting Weidman right now makes sense. GSP/Silva would do over a million ppv buys and what a Weidman fight would be 350k/400k maybe. He would want to maximize how much money he can earn in his final few fights.

When you are the great mma fighter in history and hands down the baddest man on the planet, you should be able to do what the hell you want. I hate to play mma math but beating Munoz should not get you a title shot. If Silva fought Munoz it would be a first round clowning of Munoz.
I don't even get the hype around CW? In all honestly I say Silva would murder him as I don't see him finishing Silva at all. You can say he can take him to a decision with his wrestling....but 16 dudes have tried , and at the end of the day Silva is on a next level. We should be asking Silva to fight guys like GSP/Jones/Hws...no damn Chris Weidman.
