He was just a lamer out there, sticking his hand all the time in front of Nog was going to do what? Hypnotize NOG maybe?
Also, he talked Bulls***t about Jiu Jitsu, and then he himself went straight into Nog trap!
Fixed?
I think brains need to be FIXED

I don't think he made any effort to win that fight. He's not very good, but it really did seem to me like it was made clear to him that he was there to lose. I expected him to come out like he knew it could be his last fight in the UFC, and it was just the opposite.
Considering his string of losses, he should have been cut after this one. The fact that he wasn't speaks volumes to me. And if his next fight is a favourable stylistic matchup, I'll pretty much be convinced.

This is what bugs me about the fight, it wasn't real. It was an exhibition for the Brazilian crowd. Its fine that it was, I don't think anyone paid to see the fight, but you have let people know so there are no bets on it and it doesn't impact the fighters records.
The sport MMA is most compared to is boxing, which is a sport that has lost most of its credibility because fight fixing is prevalent. Whatever gain Dana and the UFC got by having Nog win in Brazil was more then lost from American fight fans who saw an obvious fix.
I was looking forward to UFC 154 but now I am not sure when I will be ready to watch another card.
Thanks to the OP, I am a lurker and was hoping people might start talking about this fight.

In the first round Dave looked good. Then in the second looked like he forgot what was going on.....I had a feeling something was funny about it too. Cant be proven though.

So I guess Maia/Weidman was fixed too since Maia didn't do anything? And while we're at it so was every Bones fight except for Vitor. Come on, people. There are hundreds of fights where one guy doesn't do shit and the other guy wins.
Herman didn't do anything because he couldn't. Nog was countering very well and Herman didn't want to commit to anything because every time he did he had a fist in his face.
