I agree though, his fanbase is obnoxious. I don't particularly like Nick, but I tend to want him to lose just because it makes dealing with them a little less unpleasant.

I don't dislike something because it have a lot of fans. I dislike the fanbases that are so over the top in your face about how awesome their favorite fighter/band/movie/my little pony is that they must bark and foam at the mouth if anyone disagrees.

But I do dislike Sonnen. His mouth pisses me off. Much like Diaz. Both are criminal tools. Neither should have any support whatsoever. Yet they do for reasons that utterly baffle me.

Penn/Diaz was a thing of beauty? You and I must have watched two different fights because the one I watched was shit. It Penn winning the first round - as expected - and then gassing horribly - as expected. What is impressive about beating someone is 2-4-1 at your weight class? His only two wins at weltwerweight was young cocky Hughes and soul stolen post GSP Hughes. He's been dominated in every other fight at welterweight.

Oddly the retardation filter only works if you are logged into the site. Which I wasn't. It's how I saw this post too. Now you know and knowing is half the battle.

He wasn't charged but he's still a criminal. After the Riggs fight he attacked Riggs in the hospital. He's a thug.
