But if I had to choose an 2nd favorite, Nick Diaz vs Anderson Silva. I'd pay any PPV amount for that!

Tbh, I wouldn't really have a problem with Diaz taking on Belfort at MW. Diaz claimed he could move up and fight Anderson, and in a fight where he is guarenteed a war of punches against Belfort, I think it'd be an insane fight to watch and one Diaz should take if it ever comes up.
But yeah, RIP Frank Mir.

Watching Nick Diaz is always epic. IMO he wins both those fights. Lets see it happen.
