I read there were 7 guys who declined to fight him, including Houston Alexander.

Who cares if he can beat Hunt? Maybe he can do to Hunt what Melvin did to Hunt? Or maybe Hunt takes em all and dishes out the KO? I do know one thing, it would entertain everyone that saw it....FOREVER!

Yah it would be K-1 level striking on display as Hunt is a former champ.
Manhoef is definitely a beast, but if you watch that fight...Tyrone was hunting him down the entire three rounds while Manhoef was trying to counter, it wasn't a bad showing at all...but it showed how much better his striking was. Also showed how confident he is with his striking. Problem is once he gets taken down it could change the whole dynamic in a flash. But that's just it...if his grappling skils was the equivalent of his striking then he would be champ like Anderson Silva. Til then I predict more K-1 fighters will cross over; Petrosyan, Ghita, maybe even Buakaw etc. It's about time. Wayyy too many BJJ and wrestlers coming in. The sport needs more elite strikers to balance it out.
On another note I believe these fighters understand what it takes to be good at a certain craft that's why they're training diligently at a gym before they make that step into the MMA arena. If Tyrone can't win in the smaller orgs then what's the point. Even if he did win and got a contract with Zuffa, you know the UFC will match em against Phil Davis, Griffin, or Lil Nog. If they want a barn burner then Rampage, Shogun, Hendo, Cyrile, Te Huna, Pokrajac, would put on a show.

Holy poop, that was one of those matchups that made me drool.
Spong Bob Squarepants (I read that in an article and hope it catches on) looked amazing, that was a striking clinic.
Time will tell but he looked amazing. Would love to see his grappling game, can't be too shoddy working with the Balckzillians though.

While I got a chuckle off that, it's not very suiting to a fighter who can wreck people. It's still funny though. The first nickname that comes to my mind is "The Spawn."
He can attack in a multitude of ways.

He can easily make 185, he actually started his career at 72KGs which is around 155lbs. He's naturally a 185er but he put on a lot of muscle a few years back when he went to It's Showtime and I believe he was at his heaviest fighting Overeem, 105kgs or around 230lbs.
He's got the right body to be able to fight anywhere from WW - HW, he'd obviously have to strip some muscle to go down but his frame has reached it's capacity on the muscle:effectiveness scale. We won't be seeing him above 235 IMO.
Ghita is a Blackzillian too, how long til his MMA debut? I think he would do better than Spong. All it takes is one shot from Ghita, be that a leg kick, a head kick, a body kick, a body punch or a punch to the face. The guy has scary power combined with flawless technique.

Holy shit, forgive the pro wrestling lingo, but I would mark the **** out if Ghita made it to MMA.

I never knew Ghita was a Blackzilian too. Haven't heard anything about it.
