The more I think about it, Nick Diaz and wrestling has got to be one of the best. I don't like the guy... but he would essentially be a better version of GSP.

Great striking, great chin, great ground game, incredible heart, and the ability to dictate where he wants the fight to go. Don't forget the killer instinct he already has. He wouldn't get "layed" on for anymore losses because he would have the wrestling to stop the TD.

Yeah, I wasn't clear. She's elite fighter of course. I rather say she would be almost perfect with a solid striking game.

Anyway, in UFC/Strikeforce most fighters are elite just for being in these cards regularly, so it was tricky to satisfactorily answer the OP.
PS: So tricky ppl list Nick Diaz(top contender), Brock(former champion), Demian Maia(fought for MW title), those are all elite, of course.
